Branch Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and oversees the branch and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Conducts daily operation assessments to ensure growth of the branch.
- Monitors daily production and releases of the branch and provides updates of the branch operations status.
- Maintains client and employee contact in the work area to ensure quality service is being applied.
- Plans, creates and implements programs/processes for branch employees and clients and actively participates in them.
- Prepares Competitors’ Analysis and Market Changes Report and submits to Immediate Superior.
- Spearheads marketing saturation drives.
- Maintains business partnership between the company and its business partners such as Loan Consultants, second-hand car dealers, and other organizations.
- Implements the business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
- Delivers marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Reports regularly the performance of branches to the Immediate Superior.
- Conducts final checking and review of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and loan documents.
- Handles client complaints or concerns escalated by the staff.
- Represents the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Credit Review Associate
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year business course.
- Preferably with at least six (6) months related experience in loan/credit review.
- Has good customer-service skills and good communication skills.
- Has excellent attention to details as the job requires thorough checking and review of information and accuracy of data.
- With high sense of responsibility, accountability and integrity.
- Computer proficient
Willing to train in Ortigas Pasig for two (2) weeks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews the completeness of loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) and loan documents.
- Validates the information reflected on loan application, Credit Approval Memorandum and authenticity of loan documents by conducting interview with potential borrower, co-borrower/co-maker and character references, trade checking, bank checking, agency/employment verification and credit investigation.
- Endorses the report/CAM to Credit Review Supervisor for checking and review.
- Verifies borrower’s payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions.
- Informs the concerned Branch or Marketing Department regarding the status of account or additional document/ requirement to be complied by the borrower.
- Prepares report regarding discrepancies on information/data reflected on Credit Approval Memorandum submitted by Account Officer against verification with borrower/co-borrower/co-maker.
- Calls the clients with “hold account” status to follow up lacking loan documents/requirements.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
